Search engines (including Google and AI platforms) operate using proprietary algorithms that change frequently.
 

Results depend on many factors outside of our control, including:

• Industry competition

• Market conditions

• Technical implementation

• Website history

• Ongoing optimization
   

You acknowledge that you are responsible for implementation decisions and business outcomes.
 

3. Educational Purpose Only

All content, frameworks, tools, and consulting sessions are provided for educational purposes only.

5. License for Personal Use

When you purchase a course or membership, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal business use only.

You may not share login access, download and distribute materials, or use content to train others unless explicitly authorized.
 

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via third-party processors, including:

By purchasing, you agree to the pricing listed at time of purchase.
 

Refund Policy:

If enrolled in SEO Growth Club Membership:

• You agree to recurring billing (if applicable)

• You may cancel at anytime

• Access continues until cancellation or termination

We reserve the right to terminate membership access for violation of these terms.

 

8. Consulting Sessions (Virtual & In-Person)

For done-with-you SEO sessions:

• You are responsible for implementing agreed recommendations

• You grant us permission to access your website and related accounts if required

• You acknowledge that technical changes may involve risk

We are not responsible for:

• Website downtime

• Loss of data

• Ranking fluctuations

• Platform issues
   

9. Website Diagnostic Tools Disclaimer

Any scoring tools, website scans, or SEO diagnostics are based on detectable signals at time of scan.

These tools:

• Do not access private analytics

• Do not access backlink databases unless explicitly stated

• Do not guarantee rankings

• Provide informational insights only

Scores are not predictions of performance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEO Growth Company shall not be liable for any:

• Direct damages

• Indirect damages

• Incidental damages

• Consequential damages

• Lost profits

• Lost data

• Business interruption

arising from use of our website, tools, courses, or consulting services.

Your use of our services is at your own risk.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first attempt resolution through informal negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Minnesota.

Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by arbitration.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
